The January 2007 Integrated Supplements Newsletter is up online here:

It’s entitled “What the Trans Fat Story Can Teach Us About Oxidized Cholesterol”
Our hope is to help you see through the hype of the food and supplement industry, and to help you make informed decisions when it comes to your nutrition and supplementation.
The take home lesson is: very simple changes in the foods and supplements you choose can help you avoid some of the most harmful elements of our food supply.
We’re not even talking about major lifestyle changes, either - just better choices. These are changes which anyone could make if they just knew what to look for.
We encourage you to email the newsletter link to anyone you know who could benefit from this information.
After you read it, you may be asking yourself: “If what they say about oxidized cholesterol is true, why haven’t any other companies selling whey isolate pointed this out before?
Well, ignorance of the real science is a possibility, but aside from that, let me answer that question with another one. Can you name one company selling whey isolate which doesn’t also sell products containing cheaper whey concentrate? Maybe they sell it as part of a meal replacement, or under another label, but the fact is I can’t think of one company that produces a whey isolate, who doesn’t also sell other products containing whey concentrate. If they told you about the negative attributes of whey concentrate, they wouldn’t be able to use it in their other products, and their profits would suffer. This includes companies outside of sports nutrition as well. Am I missing any? Let me know.
Obviously, Integrated Supplements products never have, and never will contain whey protein concentrate – another thing that sets us apart from the crowd.
Again, the choices are simple – IF you know what to look for.
